How to Prepare for your Wax | Sugaring Appointment
- Please shower before your appointment.
- Wear loose fit clothing (joggers, legging etc.) + a tank (underarm wax)
- Hair must be long enough to pull/ grab with your finger tips.
- DO NOT trim or clip your hair, if needed we will complete before your service.
- We also recommend exfoliating the night before because it removes dead skin build up + makes it a lot easier and a faster session.
- DO NOT moisturize prior to your service.
- The first time is the worst time, just know that it gets better after every wax. We Promise!
Remember, it will be over before you know it. Being silky smooth is worth a few minutes of discomfort!
Trust us it's not as bad as you think, the anxiety is always worse than the actual event. Majority of the time the stories that you hear about hair removal are embellished and made to sound worse than the actual event because everyone loves a good horror story or maybe they just had a bad experience.
BUT this is your 1st experience at HueVine + we want it to be a good one!!
Late Arrival + Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure that you receive your full service and other guests are not inconvenienced.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will counted as a NO SHOW.
Cancellations | No Shows | Same Day Rescheduling:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment using your appointment booking reminder.
You will received 2 reminders via email and 1 via text + your still a No-Show....
You will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the cost of your service NO EXCEPTIONS.
Same Day Rescheduling:
We know that life happens, it's busy for everyone but if you reschedule the same day more than once we will count your appointment as a NO SHOW.
